Cancellation Timeframes and Process
Clients may cancel their work booking through our site prior to confirming the booking and the cancellation is effective immediately.
Client may cancel their work booking after they have confirmed it, but prior to the start date of the work assignment, by contacting their staffing agency directly.

Adjustment to Work Booking
If Client needs to make an adjustment to the work assignment daily hours due to forces beyond their control, Client must message their Agency to inform them and to request a booking modification for a new time. We expect the Agency to make a good-faith effort to accommodate a new work assignment start time. The Agency must document their attempt to accommodate a new trip start time via email with the Client.
Cancellation by Zinterim
In rare cases, Zinterim may need to cancel a trip after booking for trust and safety considerations. Zinterim will notify both Agency and Client in such an event.
Zinterim currently charges no cancellation fees. Clients may check with their staffing agency to be aware of their cancellation policy and applicable fees.
